In 2024, we partnered with Ginnie Chadwyck-Healey—former British Vogue editor and founder of The FairGround—to establish the digital foundations for a marketplace focused responsible retail.
The platform was conceived to prove that shopping with integrity can be both aspirational and accessible. Each brand is formally assessed by sustainability consultancy B•ABLE, ensuring that transparency and measurable progress are embedded from the outset.
Our role focused on the technical architecture: building a modular Shopify framework capable of hosting multiple brands, structuring metadata for intelligent value-based merchandising, and integrating backend systems with a marketplace partner for scalability. The aim was to make complex sustainability data clear, navigable, and actionable—empowering customers to shop with confidence and integrity.
The FairGround stands as a model for conscious commerce: proof that when technology is built with intention, it can transform accountability into everyday experience.
